Product Description
Zen 100mm Optical Glass Dome Port
The Zen Underwater minidome is a high-quality optical glass dome port which has been designed with close-focus-wide-angle photographic techniques in mind.
It is very compact and lightweight (weighing only 340g), indeed the perfect travel companion.
The Zen minidome allows the photographer to get in close where a large dome just won't go for stunning close focus wide angle images.
Due to its small size, it is only compatible with fisheye lenses. Various options are available, please see the drop-down menu below. Note the version for the Canon 8-15mm with removable shade will allow full circular fisheye on a full-frame camera such as the 1DX, 5D3 and 6D at 8mm.
A very useful video link from Dr Alex Mustard about the advantages and disadvantages of minidomes can be found here, if you have 30 minutes, it is well worth a watch:

I use the 100mm dome all the time for my own wide angle photography, it allows for close-focus access to subjects which larger domes prevent and makes lighting the subject less challenging. You need to ensure an aperture of around the F11 for maximum performance with a Tokina 10-17.
