Classic Bayonet Mount

Description of modes
The BATT/TEST mode allows you to check the battery status of your strobe. Test your strobe’s flash output or use it for creative lighting techniques with long exposure.
Retra Flash Pro Max II emits a single pulse of soft light at the selected power level. You can fine-tune the strength of illumination with 13 power levels of ~0.5 F-Stop increments, giving you a total of ~7 F-Stops, without accessories.
Retra Flash Pro Max II uses your camera’s calculations to determine the ideal exposure for the scene by using a pre-flash. You can adjust the relative power of the automatic exposure if you feel it was too high or low.
Retra Flash Pro Max II is capable of emitting a long flash pulse, required for HSS photography. You can fine-tune the strength of exposure to suit your specific needs.
The U1 and U2 modes allow you to tailor your Retra Flash experience. Select your custom user mode by connecting your strobe with the Retra UWT App. You can choose between Smart SL, Manual Low Power, or LED Adjust modes.
You can rotate the display 180°, making it easy to read and control the Retra Flash Pro Max II no matter how it's mounted or positioned underwater.
And if you ever find yourself in an emergency, the strobe can emit an SOS signal in Morse code, overriding any active errors to ensure your distress signal is seen.
Retra Flash Pro Max II features a 1.000 lumen pilot or guide light with two intensity levels, allowing you to find the ideal position for your strobes quickly and easily. You can also customize the intensity of each level with the LED Adjust mode in the Retra UWT App.
Pilot light feature is available in M, TTL, HSS, and U modes.
